Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Sanaya Tours & Safaris Ltd (“the Company”). By booking any service, the client agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Scope of Services
The Company provides curated travel services including safaris, tours, accommodation, transport, and related
experiences within Kenya and East Africa for both luxury and budget travelers.
Booking and Contract Formation
A contract is formed once the Company confirms the booking in writing and receives the required
deposit.
The person making the booking warrants they have authority to act on behalf of all travelers in the
booking.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service prior to confirmation.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% non-refundable is required upon acceptance of your booking proposal. The balance to
be paid through a flexible payment plan agreed upon with Sanaya Tours & Safaris Ltd.
Bookings made within 60 days of travel require full payment at confirmation
Final balance must be paid at least 60 days before the travel date
Please note that all our official company bank accounts are exclusively based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Sanaya
Tours &Safaris Ltd does not maintain or operate any bank accounts in any other cities within Kenya or
in any foreign countries.
For your security and to avoid fraud, kindly ensure that all payments are made only to the verified bank
accounts provided by our official representatives.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
90 days or more before travel: Deposit forfeited
89–60 days before travel: 50% of total cost is non-refundable
59–29 days before travel: 75% of total cost is non-refundable
30 days or less /no-show: 100% of total cost is non refundable
Amendments and Substitutions
Client-requested changes may incur administrative and supplier fees.
The Company may substitute services with equivalent or superior alternatives where necessary.
Amendments must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability
Travel Insurance (Highly recommended)
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuation (including air evacuation)
Trip cancellation/interruption
Personal liability and loss of belongings
Failure to obtain adequate insurance releases the Company from related liability.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including:
Natural disasters
Pandemics or health emergencies
Airline disruptions
Political instability or civil unrest
Government restrictions or border closures
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, and making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and
Conditions in full.
